2. Service Availability & Performance
Sago Fiber provides high-speed internet services within designated service areas in Texas. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may conduct maintenance, upgrades, or repairs that could affect service availability. Actual speeds may vary due to network conditions, equipment limitations, or other factors.
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To use our services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Billing & Payments
Service fees are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
Payments are due on the billing date. Late payments may result in service interruptions or additional fees.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees.
Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities, including but not limited to:
Engaging in illegal downloading, hacking, or fraud.
Spreading malware, spam, or harmful software.
Violating intellectual property rights or any other applicable laws.
Excessive bandwidth consumption that disrupts network performance.
Sago Fiber reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if misuse is detected.
6. Equipment & Installation
Sago Fiber may provide or lease equipment for service use. All equipment must be returned upon service termination.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the provided equipment in good condition.
Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment may result in additional fees.
7. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting Sago Fiber’s customer support.
Early termination fees may apply if you are under a fixed-term contract.
Sago Fiber reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, policy violations, or other breaches of this agreement.
8. Privacy Policy & Data Usage
Sago Fiber values your privacy. We collect and store customer data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection practices, which may include:
Monitoring network performance and traffic for service improvements.
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Limited sharing of data with third-party service providers as necessary for service operations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sago Fiber is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, interruptions, or failures. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sago Fiber, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your service use or violation of these terms.
11. Amendments & Updates
Sago Fiber may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued service use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate Texas courts.
